Large LED displays or Red-Yellow-Green annunciators let everyone in the room know when it is time for the current speaker to sit down and let the next person speak. An optional loud warning beeper gives an audible indication when the time is up.
Toastmasters clubs: use TimeKeeper at their meeting. The Toastmaster standard green and yellow warning times are programmed into our timers. The green and yellow waring times are fully programmable for any desired time.
Church Sanctuaries and Auditorium: A large LED wall display may be used as a timer to time the minister or guest speaker; it may also be used as a time of day clock.
Lectern and Podiums: A speaker, teacher, or professor can track his or her own time with a timer installed on the Lectern or Podium Timer setup and use is so simple that a speaker from out of town can walk up to the lectern, turn the knob to set the time to press start without any instruction.
School Speech class: Students can use a timer when practing and delivering their speeches. Debate teams. Each member of the team is given a specific amount of time to respond. If the time expires, the other team gets to respond. In another scenario, each team has a button to press so that the first team to press a button gets to respond.
School timed-test: The instructor will place a timer with a large LED display in front of the class. The students will know exactly how many minutes remain in the test. Contests. Everyone will have a fair and equal amount of time to participate.
